CSP工艺生产低碳钢中的纳米碳化物及其对钢的强化作用

Nano-scale Carbide and Strengthening Effect in Low Carbon Steel Produced by CSP Process

  • 摘要: 用化学相分析及x射线小角散射法研究了CSP工艺生产HSLC钢中碳化物的成分、数量及粒度分布,发现尺寸小于18 nm的碳化物含量大于文献中测定的CSP含Nb的HSLA钢中尺寸小于18nm的Nb (CxNy)含量.对纳米级碳化物对钢的强化作用进行了讨论.

     

    Abstract: The carbide composition, quantity and particle size distribution of HSLC steel produced by CSP process were studied by chemical phase analysis and SAXS method with a 3014 X-ray diffracto-spectrometer and a Kratky small angle scattering goniometer. It is found that the content of carbide with its size less than 18 nm is more than that of Nb(CxNy) with its size less than 18 nm in Nb-contained CSP-HSLA steel reported in reference. The strengthening effect of nano-scale carbide on the steel was discussed.
