污水处理塔加固环强度的有限元数值模拟

Numerical Analysis of Strength for the Reinforcing Ring Assembling on a Sewage Disposal Tower

  • 摘要: 对加固环的受力分布情况进行了分析,用有限元法对其受力强度进行了数值计算.结果表明,加固环应该处于污水处理塔柱体与锥体的连接处,且加固环的横截面积A ≥ 45 cm2时,即可保证污水处理塔工作的稳定性和安全性.

     

    Abstract: The distribution of internal stresses of the reinforcing ring assembling on a sewage disposal tower was analyzed by using the finite element method. The numerical results show that the reinforcing ring plays an important role to prevent the bulking of the combined shell from hydrostatic pressure and to provide a reliable structure strength when its transversal area is larger than 45 cm2.
