板坯连铸结晶器内温度/应力场耦合模型

Coupling Model for Temperature/Stress Fields Analysis in Slab Casting Moulds

  • 摘要: 考虑结晶器铜板中水槽的结构尺寸和分布、结晶器锥度对铸坯温度场和变形的影响,建立了连铸结晶器内热和应力状态的有限元耦合分析模型。利用该模型模拟了结晶器内钢水凝固过程温度分布和铜板的热机械变形,结果与实际符合较好.

     

    Abstract: Considering the effect of water slots in the cooling side of copper and the mould taper on the temperature field and stress field of the slab, the coupling thermal and stress FEM model for the continuous mould was presented. The coupling model can reveal the temperature field of the slab and the thermal mechanical deformation of the copper. All the results accord with the fact.
