Synthesis of CaWO4 nano-powders

  • 摘要: 研究了表面活性剂胶束法制备CaWO4纳米材料.在TEM、XRD和TG-DSC等手段表征的基础上,讨论了在不同反应条件下胶束模板的形态及纳米CaWO4的生长机制.研究结果表明,使用表面活性剂CTAB和OP-10/KH-B92复配体系两种方法,均制备出低维结构的CaWO4纳米材料,且样品尺寸均匀,分散性较好.

     

    Abstract: CaWO4 nano-powders were synthesized in micelles. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X -ray diffraction (XRD) and TG-DSC were utilized to characterize the shape, size and structure of the obtained products. The results show that low-dimensional CaWO4 nano-materials can be prepared through two different systems of surfactants (CTAB and OP-10/KH-B92). The formation mechanism of colloid and the growth mechanism of CaWO4 nano-powders were also discussed.
