高效水炮泥的降尘机理及应用研究

Dust-reduction mechanism and application research of efficient water-stemming

  • 摘要: 针对普通水炮泥在井下爆破降尘和减少炮烟效果不理想的问题,从水炮泥降尘机理的分析出发,在实验室进行了不同浓度溶液的表面张力和润湿能力的测定,研制出高效水炮泥,并在井下进行多次对比爆破实验.结果表明,使用高效水炮泥能有效降低炮采过程中粉尘的浓度,改善井下工作环境.

     

    Abstract: Dust and smoke were not efficiently reduced under mines by common water-stemming. Based on the analysis of the dust-reduction mechanism of water-stemming, the surface tension and humid capacity of different concentrations of solutions water-stemming were measured in the laboratory, and efficient water-stemming were developed. The results of explosive comparative tests under mines show that the dust density was efficiently reduced by the efficient water-stemming. It is worthy of being used widely, particularly for blasting mines.
