转炉除尘水用于模拟含硫烟气脱硫的实验研究

  • 摘要: 本文进行了转炉除尘水脱除模拟含硫烟气中二氧化硫的实验研究。通过连续实验考察了pH值、Fe2+浓度以及脱硫率等的变化规律并对FeO溶出率进行了测定;通过模拟实验发现,保持除尘水更新率4%·min-1左右可以使除尘水pH值稳定在5~6.5之间;在参数优化的条件下用转炉除尘水进行模拟烟气脱硫,可以实现90%以上的脱硫率和相对稳定的Fe离子浓度和pH值.实验研究结果为转炉除尘水脱除钢铁联合企业烧结机所排烟气中二氧化硫的工业应用奠定了良好的基础.

     

    Abstract: This study was concentrated on the Flue Gas Desulfurization(FGD) by waste water from converter.A continuous experiment was carried out to find out the rule of pH,Fe2+,and FGD ratio with time.The dissolution ratio of FeO was also tested.Through the simulation experiment,it was found that at the condition of controlling the waste water updating ratio with 4%·min-1,a sustainable pH with 5~6.5 can be gotten.The FGD ratio can surpass 90% together with stable Fe2+ concentration and pH by controlling some of the important factors to proper values.The results of this study set a sound base for the industrial study on this topic.
