张力计的辊高差对板形检测精度的影响

Effect of the roller-height-difference of tensiometer loopers on the precision of flatness measurement

  • 摘要: 以一种工程应用的张力计为分析对象,建立了存在辊高差的张力计-带材三维有限元模型.以辊高差为基本变量,通过改变高低辊位置、带材厚度及带材平均张应力,得到了不同情况下辊高差导致的板形检测误差值及其分布规律.

     

    Abstract: This article took a tensiometer looper during hot rolling as the object of study. A three-dimensional finite element model was built for a tensiometer looper with roller-height-difference and a hot rolling strip. Considering roller-height-difference as a basic variable, the measurement error of flatness caused by roller-height-difference and its distribution rule under different situations were obtained by changing the arrangement of high and low rollers, the strip thickness, and the average tensile stress of the strip.
