Research and application of final carbon control in a 45-t electric arc furnace

  • 摘要: 对45 t电炉终点碳控制技术进行研究,优化了冶炼工艺及用氧制度,改进了泡沫渣工艺.电炉氧化末期钢水碳的合格率得到较大提高,减少了脱氧材料加入量,在一定程度上降低了LF座包钢水中的氧含量.通过优化泡沫渣工艺,电炉炉盖结冷钢现象已基本杜绝,炉子水冷件漏水现象大幅度减少,缩短了热停时间.

     

    Abstract: The final carbon control of a 45-t electric arc furnace was studied, the melting process and oxygen system were optimized, and the foaming slag process was improved. Therefore, the pass rate of carbon content in the molten steel is obviously improved in the end of oxidation in EAF, the addition of deoxidizing material is reduced, and the oxygen content decreases to some extent in LF. By improving the foaming slag process, there is almost no cold steel on EAF roof, the leakage of water-cooling parts decreases greatly, and the hot stopping time is reduced.
