55SiCr悬臂用弹簧钢夹杂物控制

Inclusions control of 55SiCr cantilever spring steel

  • 摘要: 采用热场发射扫描电镜和能谱仪对比研究了武钢、宝钢和新日铁55SiCr悬臂用弹簧钢夹杂物的控制水平.结果表明新日铁弹簧钢采用铝脱氧工艺冶炼获得了较高的洁净度,武钢和宝钢弹簧钢均采用控铝脱氧工艺,但夹杂物塑性化控制水平仍有待提高.对武钢55SiCr悬臂用弹簧钢的冶炼过程系统取样,分析了夹杂物成分的演变规律;根据热力学计算的结果,提出了55SiCr弹簧钢夹杂物塑性化控制的建议,应将O控制在0.0009%~0.0020%,Al控制在0.0002%~0.0008%.

     

    Abstract: Scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy methods were used to investigate the inclusions of 55SiCr spring steel produced by WISCO,Baosteel and Nippon Steel. The result shows that aluminum deoxidization smelting process is used to obtain high level of cleanliness for Nippon Steel's spring steel. For Baosteel and WISCO's spring steel,non-aluminum deoxidization smelting process is used,but the control of the inclusion's plastic deformation capacity still needs to be improved. And then,the 55SiCr spring steel samples of smelting process were analyzed to study the evolution of inclusions' composition. Based on the results of thermodynamic calculation,a suggestion for the 55SiCr spring steel inclusion's plasticization was proposed,theOshould be controlled from 0.0009% to 0.0020%,and theAl controlled from 0.0002% to 0.0008%.
