  • The flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of total iron with three colored systems (Fe(Ⅲ-Semi-XO,Fe(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP,Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-HDMAA-Triton X-100)respectively and systematically has been studied by assembling equipment.The investigation on the influence of various conditions and the optimization of operant parameters have been carried out.Three new flow injection procedures have been established.
