Preparation and property of oxygen permeation membranes Ca0.5Sr0.5CoxFe1-xO3-δ

  • A brownmillerite-type of Ca0.5Sr0.5CoxFe1-xO3-δ was prepared using a solid-state reaction method in the temperature range of 1000 to 1200℃. The structure of the material was characterized by means of XRD to seek for a suitable sintering procedure. The conductivities were tested by means of DC four probes. The experimental result shows that Ca0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O1-δ is a material of promising application, which has a single-phase structure and good electrical performance.
