Status and prospect of research on removal of HCl from blast furnace gas

  • 摘要: 为明确高炉煤气中的氯元素对高炉附属设备的影响,本文论述了高炉煤气中氯元素的来源和赋存形态,归纳了氯离子对高炉TRT叶片、煤气管网和附属设备以及热风炉耐火材料所带来的积盐结垢、腐蚀等危害问题。针对高炉煤气中氯离子所造成的危害,在不改变高炉炼铁工艺的前提下,钢铁企业进行了大量尝试。主要包括从高炉入炉原料源头控制,管道防腐/叶片阻垢技术,TRT后喷碱脱氯以及TRT前管道喷吹脱氯四个方面进行了深入研究。通过对上述四种工艺优缺点的对比和实验室模拟分析,提出了以TRT前管道喷吹脱氯为主,关键设备防腐为辅,二者相结合的工艺,将是今后高炉煤气脱氯的重点研究方向。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the influence of chlorine element in blast furnace gas on auxiliary equipment, the source and occurrence form of chlorine element in blast furnace gas are discussed, and the harm caused by chloride ion to salt and scale accumulation of TRT blade, corrosion of gas pipe network and auxiliary equipment and corrosion of refractory material in hot blast furnace is summarized. In view of the harm caused by chloride ions in blast furnace gas, under the premise of not changing the process of blast furnace ironmaking, iron and steel enterprises have carried out a lot of attempts, mainly including the source control of raw materials from blast furnace, the development of pipeline anti-corrosion, blade anti-scale technology, after TRT spray alkali dechlorination, before TRT pipe spray dechlorination. Through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the above four processes, it is suggested that the process of the combination of pipe injection dechlorination before TRT and anti-corrosion of key equipment may be the key research direction of blast furnace gas dechlorination in the future.
