基于ANSYS Workbench的某边三轮车架有限元强度分析

Finite element strength analysis of a side trike frame based on ANSYS Workbench

  • 摘要: 三轮车车架作为重要的承载结构,其应力分布情况对结构强度和稳定性具有重要影响。本文旨在通过ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对某边三轮车架进行强度分析,得到车架的应力分布情况,为车架的结构强度分析提供参考。本文采用APDL语言编写了消防车架的参数化建模命令流,建立了车架的三维模型,并进行了简化处理。然后,基于ANSYS Workbench软件对车架进行了有限元强度分析和模态分析。通过有限元强度分析,得到了边三轮车架的应力分布情况;通过模态分析,得到了车架前六阶固有频率和振型。同时,结合路面振动台架试验,验证车架在实际使用中的安全性和可靠性。本研究为边三轮车架的结构设计和优化提供了有力的参考依据,有助于提升三轮车的整体性能和使用安全性。

     

    Abstract: The frame of a tricycle, as an important load-bearing structure, has a significant impact on the structural strength and stability of the vehicle. This study aims to analyze the structural strength of a trike frame using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, obtaining the stress distribution of the frame and providing reference for the structural strength analysis of the frame. This study uses the APDL language to write a parameterized modeling command stream for the fire truck frame and establishes a three-dimensional model of the frame, which is then simplified. Then, based on the ANSYS Workbench software, the finite element strength analysis and modal analysis of the frame are conducted. Through the finite element strength analysis, the stress distribution of the trike frame is obtained; through the modal analysis, the first six natural frequencies and modes of the frame are obtained. At the same time, the road vibration test rig is used to verify the safety and reliability of the frame in actual use. This study provides powerful reference for the structural design and optimization of the trike frame, helping to improve the overall performance and safety of the tricycle.
