Abstract:
The frame of a tricycle, as an important load-bearing structure, has a significant impact on the structural strength and stability of the vehicle. This study aims to analyze the structural strength of a trike frame using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, obtaining the stress distribution of the frame and providing reference for the structural strength analysis of the frame. This study uses the APDL language to write a parameterized modeling command stream for the fire truck frame and establishes a three-dimensional model of the frame, which is then simplified. Then, based on the ANSYS Workbench software, the finite element strength analysis and modal analysis of the frame are conducted. Through the finite element strength analysis, the stress distribution of the trike frame is obtained; through the modal analysis, the first six natural frequencies and modes of the frame are obtained. At the same time, the road vibration test rig is used to verify the safety and reliability of the frame in actual use. This study provides powerful reference for the structural design and optimization of the trike frame, helping to improve the overall performance and safety of the tricycle.
