板带轧制过程温度场有限元模拟及影响因素分析(Ⅰ)

Prediction of Temperature Distribution during the Hot Rolling of Strip by FEM (I)

  • 摘要: 采用弹塑性大变形热力耦合有限元法研究了铝板温轧过程,侧重计算轧件厚向温度分布,并分析了接触热传导系数、轧件热物性参数(导热系数、比热、密度)对计算结果的影响,计算结果与实验结果比较吻合

     

    Abstract: The warm rolling of aluminum plate was studied with the aid of elastic-plastic and thermal-mechanical coupled FEM, particular attention was paid to predict the temperature distribution through the backness of rolled plate.The influences of contact heat transfer, coefficient heat material data (thermal conductivity, heat capability, density) on calculated result were analyzed. Comparison of the calculated results with those from experiment show good agreement.
