拜尔赤泥基泡沫轻质土流变特性及其调控方法研究

Study on Rheological Properties and Regulation of Baier Red Mud based foam Light Soil

  • 摘要: 本研究针对赤泥基泡沫轻质土工程适用性问题,开展了赤泥基泡沫轻质土流变性能调控方法研究,揭示了水胶比、减水剂对赤泥基泡沫轻质土流变特性、抗压强度的作用规律。实验表明,随着水胶比的增加,浆体流变性得到改善,抗压强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势;掺入聚羧酸减水剂和萘系减水剂后,浆体流动性增强,聚羧酸减水剂对抗压强度具有削弱作用,而萘系减水剂可提升抗压强度,最终确定了水胶比和减水剂的最佳设计值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the engineering applicability of red mud-based foam light soil, this study carried out a study on the control method of rheological properties of red mud-based foam light soil, and revealed the effect of water/binder ratio and water reducer on rheological properties and compressive strength of red mud-based foam light soil. The experimental results show that, with the increase of water/binder ratio, the rheological properties of the slurry are improved, and the compressive strength first increases and then decreases. After adding polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent and naphthalene water-reducing agent, the fluidity of the slurry is enhanced, and the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent has a weakening effect on the compressive strength, while naphthalene water-reducing agent can improve the compressive strength. Finally, the optimum design value of water-cement ratio and water-reducing agent is determined.
