连铸坯凝固冷却过程的控制

Control of solidification process during continuous Casting of steel

  • 摘要: 本文论述了保证优质高产的连铸坯凝固冷却的"冶金标准",以某厂弧形连铸机为例计算了不同操作因素-拉速,比水量,二冷区各段水量分布,钢水过热度,液相穴内钢水对流运动和二冷水温度等对连铸坯凝固"冶金标准"的影响,给出了其影响的定量关系。并指出:拉速是影响液相穴深度和凝固壳厚度的主要因素,而比水量和水量分布是影响铸坯表面温度的主要因素。为合理控制操作参数,根据计算结果,整理出坯厚、拉速、比水量、液相穴深度和生产率之间的关系图,利用此图有助于选择合理的操作参数。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviews the "Metallurgical criterion" of slab solidification during continuous casting.
    The effect of the following variables on metallurgical criterion of slab, solidificafion has been studied using a methematical model of heat transfer:casting speed, spray water intensity, water distribution in spray zone, superheat in tundish, convection in the liquid pool and spray water Temperature.
    The authors has prepared a nomogram considering fhese factors in which reasonnaable technology parameters are executed.
