金属腐蚀研究中的椭偏术

The Application of Ellipsometry to the Study of the Metallic Corrosion

  • 摘要: 本文着重介绍了椭偏术的基本原理及其在腐蚀研究领域中应用的技术问题及解决方法。并应用椭偏仪和电化学测试方法对不锈钢缝隙腐蚀表面膜的动力学规律进行了初步探讨,结果表明,椭偏术原理,计算是复杂的,但操作简便。用于腐蚀金属表面膜的原位测试,则有它独到的优点。

     

    Abstract: The basic principle of ellipsometry, the technical problem applied it to the corrosion study have been introduced. By means of ellipsometry and ellectrochemical measuring techniques, the kinetics formed the passive film in the crevice on stainlees steel has been stadied. The result shows that process of operation is easy, although the basic principle of ellpsometry and calculation method is complicated. Ellipsometry has advantages over conventional techniques of application to the measurement in the surface film on corrosion metals in situ.
