压磁式测力传感器的工作特性和工作原理

The Work Characteristic and the Work Mechanism of the Magneto-ELastic force Transducer

  • 摘要: 实验研究了取向硅钢片压磁式测力器的交流工作特性和直流磁化规律。研究结果表明,硅钢片片型的取向角对传感器的工作特性有重要影响,取向硅钢片传感器的工作机理主要是应力下的畴壁移动过程。

     

    Abstract: The alternate-current work characteristic and the direct-current magnetization of the magneto-elastic transducer with the transformer steel have been studied experimentally.The study shows that the orientation angle of the sheet pattern of the transducer has significant influences on its work characteristic and that its work mechanism is principally the process that domain walls are shifted under the external stress.
