多元合金中溶质浓度对二次枝晶臂间距的影响

The Influence of Solute Contents on Secondary Dendrite Arm Spacings for Multicomponent Alloys

  • 摘要: 在前人提出的二次枝晶臂等温粗化的四种物理模型的基础上建立了多元合金二次枝晶臂等温粗化动力学数学模型。将这些数学模型运用于Al-Cu-Fe、Al-Cu-Si、Al-Cu-Mn三元合金中发现它们与日本学者森信幸等人所作的实验结果相一致,说明它们是可信的。实验与理论分析表明,在多元合金凝固过程中局部凝固时间相同的条件下,溶质浓度的增加有利于二次枝晶臂的细化。

     

    Abstract: The mathematical models for secondary dendrite arm isothermal coaening kinetics are developed for multicomponent. alloys on the basis of four physical models previously proposed. Calculations based on these models show qualitive agreement with experiment conducted by Nobuy-uki Moriet on Al-Cu-Si, Al-Cu-Fe and Al-Cu-Mn alloys. It shows that the increasing of solute contents favors the thinning of secondary dendrite arms under the condition that the local solidification times are kept constant for multicomponent alloys during solidification processing.
