稀土元素对氢在铁中渗透过程的影响

The Influence of Rare-earth Elements During the Process of Hydrogen Permeation in Pure iron

  • 摘要: 本文用电化学方法研究了稀土元素Nd和La对工业纯铁中氢的渗透过程和扩散系数的影响。实验结果表明,随着铁中Nd或La含量的增加,氢的渗透过程减慢、扩散系数下降。固溶Nd和La原子是铁中氢的可逆浅陷井。固溶Nd原子与氢的结合能为4.4kcal/mol。当钕含量在0.082wt.%以下时,氢在铁中的扩散过程激活能为6.1kcal/mol。实验还测定了含Nd铁中氢的渗透过程激活能为8.7kcal/mol。

     

    Abstract: The effect of rare earth elements Nd and La on hydrogen permeation in pure iron was studied by means of a Davanathan apparatus Experimental results indicate the diffusion coefficient reduces as the amount of solute Nd or La increases. It's concluded that Nd or La is a reversible Shallow trap of hydrogen pemeation in iron The binding energy of hydrogen around solure Nd is 4.4 kcal/mol and the diffusion activation energy of hydrogen is 6.1 kcal/mol.
