涂钽层在熔融氟化物混合盐中耐蚀性能的研究

Study of Resistance to Corrosion of Tantalum in molten Salt Mixture of Fluorides

  • 摘要: 涂钽的镍基合金在900℃熔融的K2TaF7—KF—NaF系混合盐里腐蚀实验表明,涂钽层的耐腐蚀性能比纯钽高,这和基体的合金元素有关。涂层样品经金相、电镜、电予探针观测证明,沉积温度1050℃时的涂钽层耐氟化物熔体腐蚀较为理想。

     

    Abstract: At 900℃ in mixture of molten K2TaF7-KF-NaF system the Corrosion tests indicated that resistance to corrosion of tantalum Coating is higher than pure tantalum. It is connected with alloy element of substrate.The observation coating by metallography election microscope microprobe has been proven. in fluoribes molteu the corrosion resistant of coating tantalum under deposition temperature 1050℃ is better.
