关于铁磁材料的磁声发射的研究

A Study ot Magnetomechnicai Acoustic Emission (MAE) n Ferromagnetic Material

  • 摘要: 铁磁材料的磁畴不连续运动产生声发射,该类声发射与材材的磁滞伸缩效应有关,称之谓磁声发射(Ma gnetomecnical AeoustiC Emission),简称MAE。磁声发射作为无损检测的方法,较之于x射线,声表面法等有其突出的优点,C成为正在发展的一项新技术。本文主要研究含碳量不同的铁钢材料和含镍量不同的铁镍合金的磁声发射特征,讨论磁声发射对磁场和材料的化学成分、应力状态、塑性变形、微观结构的依赖关系,并根据声发射和铁磁学理论提出了磁声发射产生的机制模型,对实验结果作了较详细地分析。

     

    Abstract: Acoustic emission caused by the motion of magnetic domain walls in a ferromagnetic material ralates to magnetostriction effect This is called MAE (Magnetomechanical Acoustic Emission) Magnetomechnical acoustic emission depends on the microstruction, chemical composition and stress state of material.It can be used for non-destructive testing. As a newly developing non-destructive testing technique for residual stress measurements, it has a advance over other methods such as x-ray diffraction and acoustic surface wave. This paper mainly describes the chractries of MAE of steel with different carbon content and Fe-Ni alloys with different nickel content, influence of chemical composition,stress state、plastic deformation and heat treatment on MAE.A model of MAE origin mechanism is given in this paper according to the experimental results anb is discussed in detail.
