新型的不含钴的高性能烧结永磁体

A NEW TYPE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE COBALT FREE PERMANENT MAGNETS

  • 摘要: 本文测量了Fe76Pr16B8烧结永磁体的室温各向异性场HA=85KOe,磁晶各向异性常数K=4.2×107erg/cm3;磁体的磁能积已达到37MGOe。研究了各种工艺因素,诸如烧结温度,回火温度与时间等对烧结磁体性能的影响。

     

    Abstract: Room temperature anisotropy field of 85KOe and magneto-crystalline an-isotropy constant of 4.2×107 erg/cm3 for sintered Fe76Pr16B8 bulk permanent magnets were measured.The energy product of the sintered magnet is up to 34MGOe.The influences of process factors such as sintering temperature and annealing temperature and time etc. on magnetic properties were studied.
