The Physical Model of a Transistor and the Intuitive Derivation of its Equivalent Circuits

  • 摘要: 本文提出了从晶体管的物理模型直观地推导出其各种等效电路的方法。本法避免了冗长的数学推导,仅应用了电路的等效变换概念。所以它物理意义清晰,而且清楚地揭露出各种等效电路之间的关系,便于理解和掌握。

     

    Abstract: The approaches of intuitive derivation are presented for the various equivalent cuircits of a transistor from its physical model.These approaches only use the concept of equivalent transformation of circuits,and avoid the tedious mathematical derivation. They have the advantages of having clear physical meaning and exposing clearly the relationships among various equivalent circuits.
