气体流动图形氦气泡示踪技术的应用

AIR FLOW VISUALIZATION BY HELIUM BUBBLE TRACING TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 本文利用氦气泡示踪技术成功地对工业炉中流体流动模型进行摄象。氦气泡发生器,低速发生头和发泡液由我们自制。对二维及三维回流流型,固体障碍后的绕流等拍照证明,图象清晰,效果良好,使用方便,它是进行流体力学实验和教学的一种比较实用的方法。

     

    Abstract: Some typical aerodynamic flow patterns that related to industrial furnaces have been successfully photographed by using the helium bubble tracing technique.
    The apparatus and the bubble solution are made in the laboratory of BUIST.
    By using a multi-exposure method more stream lines were catched in the focus, it is especially useful for studying the air flow pattern mainly affected by the jet from a coal water slurry burner, or a RK type oil burner.
