一种铁基高温合金的周期蠕变

CYCLIC CREEP STUDY ON AN IRON-BASE SUPERALLOY

  • 摘要: 对GH132合金的周期蠕变研究指出,该合金在周期蠕变条件下其变形规律是复杂的,除了弹性应变,塑性应变外,还有滞弹性应变。这种变形规律的特征随周期应力卸载条件下最小应力的大小而变化。在高的最小应力条件下,可以表现为合金以不同的应变速率分别在高、低应力下交替地进行。

     

    Abstract: Cyclic creep tests were conducted in an iron-base superalloy GH132 at 650℃ and constant maximum stress (46kg/mm2) with different minimum stresses(10,23 and 43kg/mm2). Deformation at cyclic creep is complicated. Beside elastic and plastic deformation, an elastic deformation occurs at cyclic creep. Deformation behaviour at cyclic creep depends on stress amplitudes and minimum stresses.
