THE INFLUENCE OF Mo, Cr3C2 AND C ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF WC-Fe/Co/Ni HARD METAL

  • 摘要: 本文详细研究了添加Mo、Cr3C2及C对WC-Fe/Co/Ni合金组织和性能的影响。本文也论述了通过热处理工艺的改变,改善了粘结相结构,从而提高了合金的性能。这种WC-Fe/Co/Ni硬质合金的综合质性能有可能优于WC-Co硬质合金。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the influence of adding Mo,Cr3C2 and C on the structure and properties of WC-Fe/Co/Ni hard metal has been investigated. The paper has also discussed the effect of heat treatment on the structure of binder phase and the properties of the alloy.
    The experimental results showed that the properties of WC-Fe/Co/ Ni alloy can be improved by closely controlling the composition of the alloy and the addition of alloying elements and by heat treatment. The combination propeties of WC-Fe/Co/Ni alloy was better than that of the WC-Co alloy.
