提高测量工业炉气体温度的准确性

Increasing the Accuracy of Gas Temperature Measurement in Industrial Furnace

  • 摘要: 本文是在两种高质量的新型抽气式高温计工业试用的基础上,分析了提高工业炉气体温度测量准确性的各种因素,提出了设计高精度抽气式高温计的途径,并介绍了测量计算传热误差,速度误差和抽气式高温计精度的方法。

     

    Abstract: Based on the industrial application of two new type suction pyrometers in good quality, the different factors increasing the accuracy of gas temperature measurement industrial furnace have been analysed.an approach of designing high accuracy suction pyromter is proposed,and the methods adopted for measuring and estimating the heat transfer errors, velocity errors and the accuracy of the suction pyrometers are introduced.
