某些计算公式在GH220合金中的应用

Application of some Calculating Formulae to Superalloy GH220

  • 摘要: 利用文献中一些计算公式对GH220合金中γ′相wt%、Vol%、化学组成式、合金错配度、γ及γ′的密度和合金的密度进行了计算,计算值与实验值吻合得很好,表明这些公式在GH220合金中的适用性。还计算了不同W、Mo、Al、Ti、V含量的GH220合金的Nv及NVO得出Nv≤2.30不出现μ针状相。

     

    Abstract: Chemical composition of gamma prime phase of alloy, the density of gamma, gamma prime and of alloy have been calculated with some formulae in references. The results of calculation agree with the measured results. span style="text-decoration:overline">NV and NVC in GH220 alloy with different content of W, Mo, Al, Ti and V are calculated too. There is not needlelike Mu phase if span style="text-decoration:overline">NV≤2.30.
