奥氏体型高温合金弯曲晶界普遍性的研究

Research of Zig-Zag Grain Boundary Universality in Austenitic Superalloys

  • 摘要: 对不同合金化程度的GH151,GH37,GH33镍基高温合金和GH36,GH69铁基高温合金,采用固溶后缓冷工艺或固溶后等温工艺处理,结果表明:均可形成弯曲晶界。同时发现形成弯晶的机制不仅与热处理工艺有关,并与合金成份有关。

     

    Abstract: Two kinds of heat-treatment method are used for Ni-base superalloys GHl51,GH37,GH33,and Fe-base supsralloys GH36 and GH69.The results show that the Zig-Zag grain boundaries are formed in air these alloys. It has been found that the mechanism of Zig-Zag G. 33. formation is dependent not only on heat-treatment method but on compositions of alloys.
