弯曲晶界对GH220合金疲劳性能的影响

Effect of Zig-Zag Grain Boundary on Fatigue Property of Superalloy GH220

  • 摘要: 二类不同热处理的GH220合金进行了疲劳试验。结果表明,等温处理的合金的疲劳性能高于标准处理的。详细讨论了这一差别的原因。

     

    Abstract: Fatigue property of alloy GH220 treated by two kinds of heat treatment have been tested.The results show that the fatigue limit of alloy treated by isothermal teat treatment is higher than that treatde by standard heat treatment. The reason of this difference is discussed in detail.
