Influence of 236 hours Engine Rig Test on Structures and Properties of First Stage Turbine Blade of GH220 Alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了国产GH220合金涡轮叶片经236小时台架试车后的表面渗层、基体组织与合金性能的变化。结果表明,该合金组织稳定、性能良好,1070℃等温热处理工艺合理。该合金尚有很大使用潜力。

     

    Abstract: The changes of surface coating, basic structures and mechanical proper-tie? in first stage turbine blade of GH220 alloy tested by engine rig for 236 hour? has been investigated. The results show that the structures of alloy are stable and properties of alloy still good. The isothermal treatment process at 1070℃ is suitable. It is shown that this alloy (blades) has greater potentiality.
