Influence of Engine Rig Test on Structures and Mechanical Properties of First Stage Turbine Blade of GH220 Alloy

  • 摘要: 对GH220合金一级涡轮叶片经过700小时台架试车后的合金组织与性能进行了全面分析,结果表明:合金组织稳定,性能良好,可继续试车。

     

    Abstract: The structures and mechanical properties of first - stage turbine blade of GH220 alloy tested for 700 hours by engine rig have been analyzed in detail. The results show that structures of tested blade are all stable, and the mechanical properties are still good, and the engine rig test of first stage turbine blades can be carried on.
