交流阻抗技术对不锈钢缝隙初探腐蚀过程的研究

The AC Impedence Technique Researches on the Process of Crevice Corrosion of 1Cr13 Stainless Steel

  • 摘要: 本文通过自行设计的阻抗测量装置,首先将交流阻抗时域测量技术应用于不锈钢缝隙腐蚀过程的研究,从而实现了对缝隙腐蚀过程的瞬时测量。实验得到了1Cr13不锈钢在缝隙腐蚀过程中不同极化时间的阻抗图。获得了缝隙腐蚀过程中有关氯离子在电极表面发生吸附、破坏等随时间的变化细节,并与缝内微区溶液成分的微电极现场监测数据相吻合。据此我们提出了不锈钢发生缝隙腐蚀的溶解方程式为:

     

    Abstract: The process of crevice corrosion of 1Cr13 stainless steel in neutral 3.5% NaCl solution has been studied by the AC impedance measurement technique. A special impedance measurement device was designal for this purpose.Through the imPedenCe measurement in situ of corrosion process, we have gained a new insight into the state of the samples interface within the crevice such as the adsorptional effect of the chloride ions etc.From the results,an anodic dissoluson equation was given as follows:
    Me2++mH2O+nCl-→MeCln (OH)m+mH+.
