An Analysis for Press-Shear Deformation of Metals

摘要

摘要: 本文用刚塑性有限元法分析了对称压缩与压剪变形,计算与实测结果一致。结果表明,压剪变形能降低压头与试样接触面上的正压力,并使试样内部变形比较均匀。

Abstract: In this paper, both symmetrical press and press-shear deformation are analyzed by means of rigid plastic finite element method. The calculation results are in good agreement with experiments It shows that the press-shear deformation can lower the normal pressure on the die-specimen interface and rnake the inside deformation more homogen eous.
