氩气雾化的FGH95和Rene'95合金粉末的粘结形式

The Adhering Formation of Argon-atomized FGH95 and Imported Rene'95 Superalloy Powders

  • 摘要: 用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了粉末形状、表面形态和包复层、粘接处的显微组织。从观察结果可以得出:随粉末尺寸的减小卫星粘结和包复层均减少,粉末形状接近宽形,在粘接处存在两种显微组织,一种有明显界面,另一种没有明显界面。

     

    Abstract: Particle shape,surface morphology and microstructure of skin layers and adhering satellites were studied by using optical and scanning electron microscopy.It was observed that as the powder size decreases, the frequency of occurrence of both satellites and skin layers diminish and the shape of powder approaches that of a sphere.There are two kinds of microstructure on adhering locations,i.e. one is with marked boundary and the other is without boundary.
