钢包及其水力模型熔池的重要参数计算方法

The Development of the Approach to Calculate the Important Parameters in the Ladel and Its Hydrodynamic Model

  • 摘要: 本文在文献1 2的基础上进一步推导出钢包及其水力模型熔池中心线速度,两相区任意点速度与断面平均速度,熔池循环流量,循环周期,物料混匀时间和抽引效率等重要参数的计算方程式,并进行了分析与研究。

     

    Abstract: In this work, based oa the literature1 and2, the equations of centre line velocity; anypoint velocity in the two phases region of plume, average velocity, recirculatiom flowrate, recirculation circle, mixid time and drawing of the ladel and hydrodynamic model have been derived.
