碳/碳复合材料的渗硅抗氧化复盖层

The Antioxidation Cladding Layer of Silicon Carbide on Carbon/Carbon Composite

  • 摘要: 在碳/碳复合材料上渗硅可得到碳化硅复盖层。对不同渗硅温度和时间下得到的碳化硅层进行破坏性试验。实验指出,有碳化硅复盖层保护下的碳/碳复合材料,其抗氧化性能提高约2个数量级。

     

    Abstract: Siliconizing on carbon/carbon composite can get the cladding silicon carbide. The sample with silicon carbide coating are performed some distructible experiments at various temperatures and in different times. The result points that the carbon/carbon composites with silicon carbide coating make about two orders of improvement in antioxidation behavior.
