炉外精炼法生产中碳锰铁工艺

On Shaking Ladle Refining Process for the Production of Medium-carbon Ferromanganese

  • 摘要: 用炉外摇包精炼法代替冷装电硅热法生产中碳锰铁,电耗从1883kw.h/t降至823kw.h/t,锰回收率由61.34%提高到80.02%。炉外精炼时,终渣碱度控制在1.1~1.25,低硅硅锰合金含硅量控制在11%~13%范围内效果最好。

     

    Abstract: Cold charging electric arc furnace process was replaced by shaking ladle refining method to produce medium-carbon ferromangaacsc. The power comsumption for the new method decreased from 1883 kW·h/t to 823 kW·h/t. The recovery of manganese increased from 61.34% to 80.02%. The optimum slag basicity was 1.1-1.25 and the suitable silicon content was 11% -13% for shaking ladle refining process.
