合金流动性数学模型

Methematical Model of Fluidity of Liquid Alloys

  • 摘要: 针对自由晶粒阻塞流头的流头阻塞机制,推导出晶粒大小与合金流动性关系的数学模型。将适用于匀晶系及共晶系成份位于相图C0k0CE-角的合金成份与晶粒大小的关系式H代入此模型,得到了合金成份、结晶间隔与流动性的定性关系式。利用前人对共晶系合金所做的实验数据验证表明,这些模型适用于共晶系合金。

     

    Abstract: A methcmatical model of grain size affacting the fluidity of liquid alloys is derived based on the mechanism of chock-off at the tip of advancing stream owing to independent crystallisation. Connected the model with H, two fomulas of alloy composition, freezing range, fluidity are got out. The parameter H is used for evaluating the ability of grain refinement of alloying elements, and shows the relation between the composition at the phase diagram corner, C0<k0 CE, and grain size.
