含碳铬矿球团的还原性能

Reduction of Chromium Ore Pellet containing Carbon

  • 摘要: 本文讨论了温度、还原剂、铬矿粒度以及与还原剂结合形式等因素,对铬铁矿直接还原性能的影响,并进行了多种添加剂对铬矿还原反应影响的实验。通过气体中间物的固-固反应理论,描述了还原过程。实验结果为开发合碳铬矿球团在竖炉型的熔融还原提供了配料造球的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The influence of temperature, reductant, a combination of reductant and the size of chromium ore, as well as the other facts on the characteristic of direct-reduction of chromium ore were studied. Adding agents were experimented in order to increase the reaction of chromium ore reduction. Based on the theory of solid-solid reaction via the medium of gas, the reduction process was discussed. The experimental results can be used as the theorical guide to pioneer the smelting-reduction of chromium ore containing carbon in shaft furnace.
