双区流化床粉煤气化区间的气固掺混

The Gas and Solid Exchanges between Both Areas of Fluidized Bed Used for Coal Gasification

  • 摘要: 本工作在三区流化床粉煤气化的基础上,对双区流化床粉煤气化区间气、固掺混进行了冷态研究。实验结果表明,三区流化床改为双区方案是可行的,在原三区的基础上适当提高流化指数可满足燃烧区和气化区热交换的要求,且能减少煤气和烟气的掺混;分区流化床粉煤气化以薄料层操作,有助于提高煤气的发热值;此外,还考察了床内纵向构件和固体粒度分布对区间气体掺混的影响,床内纵向构件可减少两区的气体掺混,进一步提高煤气的发热值。

     

    Abstract: Based on the fluidized bed divided into three areas, the exchanges of gas and solid between the both areas of fluidized bed were studied through a cold model. Experiments showed that it is feasible to reform three areas in fluidized bed to both areas, which is helpful to operating and decreasing the investment of fluidized bed. If fluidization index is properly raised, the heat exchange between combustion and gasification areas will meet the needs of operating, and the heat value of gas will also increase. A vertical device in fluidized bed will help to increase the heat value of gas.
