受接触载荷作用的齿面下分叉裂纹扩展分析

Propagation Analysis of Branched Crack in the Gear Surface Loaded by Hertzian Contact Stresses

  • 摘要: 利用裂纹面的边界条件建立起奇异积分方程,然后通过对奇异积分方程采用数值解,计算了受赫芝接触应力作用的齿面下分叉裂纹尖端的应力强度因子,最后用裂纹扩展理论对疲劳裂纹的扩展方向进行了分析。结果认为分叉裂纹将以与斜裂纹段约成60°角的方向向齿面扩展。

     

    Abstract: By means of the boundary conditions of the crack, a system of singular integral equations is obtained. Using the numerical method for the solution of the singular integral equations, the stress intensity factors at the tip of a branched crack in the gear surface loaded by Hertzian contact stresses can be calculated. From the current theories about a crack propagation, the tip of the branched crack spreads to the surface in the direction of about to 60° with the declined crack.
