不锈钢化学着色的条件和控制

Conditions and Control of the Chemical Colouration for Stainless Steel

  • 摘要: 本文通过试验得出了奥氏体不锈钢化学着色的工艺条件,找出了着色过程中成份和pH的变化规律。自选添加剂的加入改善了着色膜的质量和工艺条件。初步判明不锈钢着色膜系半导体膜。不锈钢经着色、硬化后耐蚀性有所提高。

     

    Abstract: The technical parameters of the chemical colouring for stainlesssteel have been obtained. The pattern of the changes of solution composition and pH in colouring process have been found out. The addition of the selected additives imporved the quality of colouring film and technical conditions. It was distinguished tentatively that the colouring film of stainless steel was a semiconductor film. After colouring and hardening, the corrsiotl resistance of stainless steel was improved.
