多特征点铁水成分的热分析

Forecast Molten Iron Composition by Thermal Analysis with Multiple Special Points

  • 摘要: 加入白口化元素迫使铁水凝固成白口,使铁水的冷却曲线被扭曲,并失去了热分析冷却曲线一些重要的特征点。用铁水凝固成灰口的冷却曲线上的5个特征点作为预报铁水化学成分的判据,可以提高预报成分的精度。化学成分C、Si和5个特征点的线性相关程度是不同的。其它化学成分和铁水重熔次数也影响预报成分C、Si的精度。还提出铁水白口化倾向的补偿当量的定量表示法。

     

    Abstract: The molten iron is solidified out into white iron by using whiting elements. It changed the cooling curve of molten iron, and lost some important special points in cooling curve of thermal analysis. When the molten iron solidifys grey iron, the five special points of cooling curve can be used to forecast composition C and Si exactly. The linearity of special points is different. The other compositions and molten number affect accuracy of forecasting. This paper proposes the whitening compensation equivalent.
