点接触摩擦副最大温升的数值分析

Numerical Analysis for the Maximum Rise in Temperature of Point Contact Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication

  • 摘要: 提出了点接触热弹流润滑的简化数值解。在等温弹流润滑完全数值解的计算结果基础上,通过联立求解能量方程和热界面方程等,计算出重载条件下点接触弹流润滑状况下的三维温度分布。研究了热弹流问题的温升规律,并提出了油膜和接触体表面的最大温升公式。该公式得到了弹流测温实验的初步验证。

     

    Abstract: A simplified solution to the point contact elastohydrody-namiclubrication is presented in this paper. By simultaneously solving the energy equation and the surface temperature equation temperature distributions of three dimensions in contacts are obtained based on pressure and film thickness determined in calculations of isothermal EHL. A group of formulas of the maximum rise in temperature of film and contact surfaces is proposed, which has been verified by experimantal results.
