Z型涂料成分和溃散性

Ingredient Analyzing and Collapsibility of Z-type Mold Coating

  • 摘要: 采用X衍射、电子探针、矿相分析等手段;对离心浇注合金钢管所用的进口Z型涂料的配方、烧结后的涂料结构和性能,尤其对溃散性能进行了研究。结果表明:该涂料是由锆英石(ZrSiO4)、膨润土及少量氧化铁和高分子有机物所组成。涂料高温烧结后,有机物已分解挥发,锆英石、膨润土仍为晶态。膨润土颗粒细化,在其表面出现一薄层液化膜使烧结涂料强度下降,溃散性能优良。据此,选用我国自产的石英粉、膨润土、硅溶胶、CMC及其它必要的成分制成涂料,用于生产性试验中,获得了满意的结果。

     

    Abstract: By means of X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe and mine-ralographic Lest the ingredient of Z-type mold coating used for making centrifugal cast steel pipe has been analysed. The results show that the coating consists of zircon (ZrSiO4), bentonite, oxide ferric and a little high polymer. After sintering at high temperature high polymer decomposes or volatilizes, zircon and bentonite remain in a crystal state and the grains of bentonite refine. On the surface of the bentonite a thin layer of liquid film forms and then strenth of the coating decreases.
