炼钢铁水中硅的来源

The Silicon Sources in the Hot Metal

  • 摘要: 在前人研究的基础上,用实验模拟高炉滴落带的方法,对硅的还原过程中目前尚未清楚的Si的主要来源问题进行了研究,确定了焦炭灰分中SiO2是炼钢生铁中Si的主要来源,并在实验条件下,定量得出灰分中SiO2对铁水中Si的贡献大约占70%左右。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the previous experimental results on low silicon iron, the sources of silicon in the hot metal have been studied by means of the dropping zone method. It is concluded that silica in the coke ash is the predominant source of silicon of the pig iron for steelmaking, and about 70% silicon in the hot metal is from coke ash tinder the experimental conditions.
