电渣重熔铸铁渣系的选择

Choices of ESR Cast Iron Slag Systems

  • 摘要: 介绍铸铁重熔的一些实验结果,对提出的CaF2 50%、CaO 30%、Al2O3 10%、MgO5、SiO2 5%五元渣进行了熔点、粘度和电导的测定与讨论。多炉的重熔试验表明,该渣系对铸铁重熔有较好的适应性。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces some results of ESR cast iron based on predecessor's work, in addition, viscosity, conductivity and melting point of slag CaF2 50%, CaO 30%, Al2O3 10%, MgO 5%, SiO2 5%, have been measured and discussed. Experimental results based on many heats show that this slag is suitable for ESR cast iron.
