冷拔变形(F+M)型双相钢的氢脆

Hydrogen Embrittlement of Cold Drawn Ferrite + Matensite Dual-Phase Steel

  • 摘要: 实验采用阴极电解预充氢试样拉伸的方法,研究了冷拔变形05Si2铁素体-马氏体型双相钢的氢脆敏感性及断裂行为。发现双相钢氢脆敏感性随着冷拔变形量的增大出现一峰值,以及氢致铁素体基体的脆化现象。

     

    Abstract: The hydrogen embrittlement (HE) sensitivity and the HE fracture characteristics of cold drawn 05Si2 martensite-ferrite (F + M) dual-phase steel were investigated. It's found that, (a) HE sensitility first increases with the area reduction by cold drawing and then turns to decreases; (b) HE of ferrite matrix plays an important role in the HE fracture.
